RSGB Board Change, G3WRO

Keith Haynes, G3WRO, has recently decided to step down as an RSGB Board Director, for personal reasons.

Keith was co-opted to the Board following his proposal by the Nominations Committee, and took on the liaison responsibilities for the RSGB Awards and Regional Team. He was highly qualified to look after these areas of the Society, having been a Regional Manager for approaching three years, where his support had been well received by those in Region 12. Keith had successfully taken forward many of the Society’s initiatives in the region and gained the respect of all those with whom he came into contact.

We wish Keith well for the future and thank him for his contribution to the RSGB in the many roles he has undertaken. Keith says that he intends to regularly attend regional and national events, and we look forward to catching up with him from time to time.
