Special Events News – 13 January 2019
Worthing and District ARC will be running a special event station to commemorate its 70th anniversary. This will be on the weekend of 19 and 20 January, using call sign GB5WOR. The station will be on the air on all HF bands, possibly 2m and 70cm. Further details from wadarc.org.uk.
Celebrating its 50th anniversary, Sweden’s National Society for the Active Visually Impaired will be active as SF50CG throughout 2019. QSL via SM0BYD.
