GB2SW will be on the air for Skiffie Worlds, the World Rowing Championships, between 24 and 30 July. They will be operating from Delamont Country Park, Downpatrick Road, Killyleagh, Co. Down BT30 9TZ. The station will be on air using multiple modes and bands, operated by a number of amateurs from across the UK.

Wearside Electronics and Amateur Radio Society will be operating from the Life Guard Station, Marine Walk, Roker, Sunderland on Sunday, 24 July for the Sunderland International Air Show. Operations will be on HF, VHF and UHF using the call sign GB4SAS and all are welcome.

South Essex ARS will operate GB2BOX for Airfields on the Air on 31 July from 10am to 4pm from RAF Boxted Airfield Museum, Langham Lane, Langham, Essex CO4 5NW.

Several special event stations are poised to mark the visit of Pope Francis to Poland. His Holiness will be in Poland from 27 to 31 July. Special event call signs will include HF0F in Kraków, as well as HF31WYD, HF2SDM, and HF7SDM.
