Longer than normal wait times on IT Helpdesk
The RSGB IT Helpdesk is currently very busy
This means first response waiting times are significantly longer than normal.
If you have a ticket in the system please do not be concerned it has been overlooked, we are working our way through them.
Please avoid resubmitting your ticket, as this just lengths the queue.
Our apologies for any inconvenience, and we hope to have wait times back to normal by the weekend.
