Bury St Edmunds Amateur Radio Society, meets at Rougham Tower Museum on the third Wednesday of each Month. It is a small but very active club. There are club nets every day of the week except Sunday. Hastings and District Electronics and Radio Club holds a daily net on 144.575MHz FM at 10am. A CW net is held on Monday nights at 8pm on 144.575MHz. The net is aimed at anyone new to CW or wishing to brush up their CW skills. Non-members are welcome to join in. The net is followed by general conversation. On Wednesdays, usually at 1pm, members meet up at various locations in the area, for an afternoon of portable radio on the air using both HF and VHF on SSB, CW and FM voice.
