Chelmsford Amateur Radio Society has a CW net on Sundays from 8pm on 144.060MHz. On Monday there is a Morse class from 7.30pm around 3542kHz, followed at 8.15pm by GB2CW slow Morse on 3555kHz. Hastings Electronics and Radio Club has a daily net on 144.575MHz from 10am. On Monday there is a CW net from 8pm on 3.563 or 29.200MHz, depending on conditions, with a simultaneous listening watch on 144.575MHz. At around 8.30pm the net moves to 29.200MHz FM. herc.hastings@gmail.com
