On Sunday South Essex Amateur Radio Society is operating GB2BM as part of the Museums on the Air event at the Bay Museum and to commemorate the 71st anniversary of the two B17s that crashed at Canvey Point in 1944. On Saturday a station will operate for Armed Forces Day at The Paddocks. Since this year will be the anniversary of VE and VJ Days the exhibition will be WWII based.
