Aberkenfig and District Amateur Radio Club has its weekly meeting on Wednesday from 7pm at Tondu Railway Club, Station Approach, Bridgend. The club is an approved RSGB Examination Centre for those wishing to study and take their amateur radio exams. Brian, GW4DVB, info@aberkenfigradioclub.co.uk

Carmarthen Amateur Radio Society is holding a face-to-face and on-air meeting on Tuesday 4 June starting at 6.30pm, with a show-and-tell element, so there is no digital net on XLX 490 D that evening. Three other regular nets are being held: a 70cm FM net on GB3CM on Wednesday starting at 7.30pm; a 2m FM net on GB3FG on Thursday starting at 8pm. The Sunday net will be on 80m SSB starting at 2.30pm, conditions permitting. Cwmbran and District Amateur Radio Society has a club night every Wednesday from 7pm to 9pm at Henllys Village Hall, NP44 6JZ. New and old members are always welcome. The Society has a fully-equipped shack for member use which also houses the GB3YA repeater, with an Echolink connection via GB3YA-R. Both are owned and maintained by the club. Highfields Amateur Radio Club meets at Rhiwbina Recreation Club, Lon Y Dail, Cardiff, CF14 6EA at 7pm every Tuesday. The Club has access for disabled visitors. There are nets on GB3WB from 9.30pm to 10.30pm most nights of the week. On Mondays there is a Wires-X net in the Highfields room, 05993. Access is also possible in Cardiff via gateways on 431.075MHz and 431.1875MHz. On Wednesdays there are nets on 145.525MHz FM from 7.30pm to 8.30pm. On Fridays, from 7pm, there is a net on the MB7IEC Allstar node 59948 and via Echolink MB7IEC-L.
