The UK-wide Online Amateur Radio Community’s Discord server runs 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The server has multiple channels covering every conceivable interest within amateur radio. Activities include: a weekly slow-to-medium speed CW net, a fortnightly Zoom social, called ‘The Rubber Duck’, and a multi-platform digital bridge, that is available across multiple networks including DMR, Echolink, D-Star, and Allstar. The Online Radio Club has a virtual radio club night at 7.30pm every Thursday via Zoom. It is suitable for all radio enthusiasts regardless of individual skill level. Go to the website for the meeting link.

Aberkenfig and District Amateur Radio Club has its weekly meeting on Wednesday from 7pm at Tondu Railway Club, Station Approach, Bridgend. Carmarthen Amateur Radio Society is holding four regular nets this week: an experimental D-STAR Digital Net on XLX490 B, or, if that is not connecting for any reason, try XLX235 C, on Tuesday starting at 8pm; a 2m FM net on GB3FG on Thursday starting at 8pm; a 70cm FM net on GB3CM on Wednesday starting at 7.30pm; and an 80m SSB net, conditions permitting, on Sunday starting at 2.30pm. Phoenix Amateur Radio Club Cymru has now moved to its new premises at, Griffithstown Community Hall, Victoria Street, Griffithstown, Pontypool, NP4 5HH. The club meets every other week on a Monday evening between 7 and 9pm. The next meeting will be on Monday 29 May 2023 at the new location.
