On Saturday 9 and Sunday 10 November, RAF Waddington Amateur Radio Club will be back at former RAF Binbrook to run a Special Event station. This being Remembrance weekend, they plan to use the club callsign G0RAF in tribute to the RAF squadron personnel who operated from RAF Binbrook. They expect to be operational on HF bands (SSB voice and possibly CW), according to conditions, and 2m, all day on Saturday and Sunday morning. As always, contacts from interested radio amateurs are welcome.
