News for England Midlands – 27 November 2017

We start with clubs that have several events this week. Worksop Amateur Radio Society is helping Bassetlaw Scouts with their Electronics Badge Day today. The Intermediate course continues this evening and next Sunday. Coventry Amateur Radio Society has its open net on Monday from 8pm on 145.375MHz FM and/or 7.16MHz ± QRM. On Thursday there’s an open net from 8pm on 50.175MHz SSB. Friday sees a talk by Carl Peake, G0NZI from Wonder Wand Antennas UK. Contact John, G8SEQ, on 07958 777 363.
