Now for news of clubs that have several events this week. South Birmingham Radio Society has a club stand at the Telford Hamfest today and a debrief on the event on Monday. Tuesday sees the regular coffee morning in the shack. On Thursday there are training classes with Dave Murphy, G8OWL. On Friday the trailer gets unpacked and there will be work in the shack. Wythall Radio Club is taking part in the RSGB HF SSB Field Day, RSGB 144MHz Trophy and RSGB Backpackers 144MHz contest, plus there’s the club net at 8pm tonight and next Sunday on 145.225MHz or GB3WL. Lincoln Short Wave Club is taking part in the UK Club Contest on Tuesday. Wednesday sees shack activities and G5FZ on the air. On Thursday it’s the club simplex net on 145.325 from 8pm.
