News for England Midlands – 29 March 2015

We start with news from clubs that have several events this week. Wythall Radio Club is taking part in the CQ WPX SSB Contest all day today, and there’s the club net on 145.225MHz or GB3WL at 8pm tonight and next Sunday. Monday sees a curry night at the Monsoon from 6.30pm. The Tuesday Morse class is at 7.45pm, followed by preparations for the Easter contest, which commences at 10am on Thursday. Lincoln Short-Wave Club UK is taking part in the UKCC on Tuesday. On Wednesday there are shack activities with G5FZ on the air.
