Lee, M0YDG, has built and funded the Yorkshire Linking Project – an independent network of analogue and digital repeaters. The system is linked via 5.8GHz dishes and powered by solar, wind, and battery backup. The next Yorkshire Net special event station will be on Yorkshire Day, the 1 August, operating from Woodhead Pass. Listen out for M0XYN on the air and join in the fun!
