Club meetings of the Isle of Man Amateur Radio Society continue at Ballasalla. Today, the 8 September, members are operating a club station at Begoade Road Car Park, Onchan for the 144MHz Backpackers Contest. All are welcome to participate. HF nets are suspended due to storm damage to antennas. Nets are on the GB3IM repeater network after the 4pm GB2RS news bulletin and talk-in Wednesday club nights at 6.40pm on the GB3IM repeater.
