We start with news from clubs that have several events this week.
Central Lancashire Amateur Radio Club has an FM Top Band net this Sunday and next Sunday on 1.940MHz from 11am. On Monday there’s a net on 70.425 to 70.475MHz FM at 9pm. Saturday sees an AM Top Band net on 1.940MHz from 11am. Enquiries to Peter, G3UCA via email to g3uca@blueyonder.co.uk.
Denby Dale Radio Club is taking part in the WAB HF Contest all day this Sunday, through to 11pm. It also has its club net this Sunday and next Sunday from 10.30am via GB3HD. This Sunday, Oldham Radio Club has their C4FM net, FCS004-55, from 9.30am, and on Wednesday there’s a 2m FM net from 8pm. Thursday sees a club night and continuation of the Intermediate course. York Radio Club hosts a breakfast meeting today at 10am. On Wednesday they’ve a net on 145.450MHz from 8pm, and Thursday sees their club night at 8pm. Request details from contactus@yorkradioclub.uk.

Halifax and District Amateur Radio Society had four candidates pass their Intermediate exams last week. Tuesday sees a normal meeting from 7pm, with digimodes on the air.
