New PSK31 software for blind amateurs
A free, new Windows program called Accessible Digipan has been released. It allows blind hams to operate PSK31. The download includes the application, audio tutorials, detailed written guides, and additional helpful resources, plus DigiPan PSK31 and PSK63 software.
