Current list of activities that are planned or in planning
Please let us know what you are planning to do so that we can add you to this list.Note: A “sked” refers to a pre-arranged radio contact, meaning a scheduled time to communicate with another radio operator where individuals plan specific times to connect with each other on a particular frequency. Where an event includes skeds, details are noted below.

This school is planning to hold an event for BSW which they hope will lead to a school radio club and some new licence holders too. They have the staff, location and kit, and are intending to operate on 20m during BSW. They are seeking skeds during BSW – please organise via M7HCZ on QRZ.com
This event is for school students only and is not open to the public.
Bishop Auckland Radio Amateurs’ Club – BARAC (G4TTF)

They are not seeking skeds. This event is for school students only and is not open to the public.
Crowthorne and Wokingham Men’s Shed

UTC South Durham Radio Club (M1UTC)
Working as a team we will be following the theme of “Change and Adapt” by using Data Modes, DSTAR and Internet-enabled repeaters (Echolink and EFN) to answer the question: how many contacts can we log and how far can we reach using new modes?
This school club will be happy to organise skeds via M1UTC on QRZ.com
This event is for school students only and is not open to the public.
St Peter-In-Thanet CE Junior School
We will be engaging heavily in BSW, including a YOTA style activity and will be following the RSGB entry in the BSW packs from the British Science Association by collecting weather data from the contacts the children will make.
