RSGB clarifies AGM issues
The RSGB has been asked to clarify three issues relating to its AGM, which is to be held on 21 April 2018 in Birmingham.
These relate to Special Resolutions, voting by proxy and the President’s role.

The clarifications are not changes and do not affect any votes that have been cast already.

Deadline for receipt of votes is 23.59 on Thursday, 19 April 2018.
