RSGB IT Helpdesk now back at normal status

Our apologies for the recent long delays on the IT Helpdesk system, this was due to a very high level of demand on the service.

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience.

Everyone who has been waiting longer than 48 hours should now have received a response to their support ticket.

We anticipate that the service is likely to become busy again in the near future with increased queuing times once again, so please help us by not submitting multiple tickets for the same inquiry, as this increases the queue and waiting times for everyone.
