VK7MO takes Fraser Shepherd Award
At the recent RSGB AGM, it was announced that Rex Moncur, VK7MO was awarded the Fraser Shepherd Award for research into microwave applications for radio communication.
Rex is the holder of the new ~2700km terrestrial 10GHz distance record and a range of other highly creditable DX/EME achievements.
Rex has also been awarded the Technical Excellence Award from the Wireless Institute of Australia.
