Keith Pollard, G4KGP  died suddenly on Friday the 28th of July 2017, shortly after the club net.

Keith was a long-term member of the RSGB, a contributor to RadCom and everybody’s ‘go-to’ Elmer for anything electronic.

Keith was a member of the club at British Aerospace in Hatfield, an honorary member of the Welwyn Hatfield ARC and, latterly, a committee member at Stevenage and District ARS where his efforts helped to shape the future of the club.

Keith was also the treasurer and a very active member with the very successful Mid Herts RAYNET group and had a major part to play in the procurement and preparation of their new mobile operation centre. Keith was always so generous with his time and expertise, happy to help anyone regardless of their needs. He will be sadly missed by those who knew him.

Keith leaves his wife Linda, two daughters Wendy and Sally and five grandchildren: Ben, Adam, Dean, William and Katheryn.
