Your Convention, your way

We are changing the ticketing arrangements for this year to give visitors maximum flexibility. You can now buy all parts of the Convention separately and choose hotel arrangements that suit you.

Use the booking form below to help you create the Convention arrangements that suit you. 

1. Once you have booked and paid for your delegate tickets and chosen which dinners you would like to attend, you can then book your hotel accommodation at Kents Hill if you would like to stay there

2. At that stage in the process, you will see a ‘booking confirmed’ page on the screen which includes the direct link to the Kents Hill room booking page and the special RSGB discount code

3. Rooms at Kents Hill cost from £80/night (single) or £90/night (double) using the special RSGB discount code. Enter the discount code at the top of the Kents Hill page to take advantage of the RSGB special room rates or you can choose any of the wide range of other room and breakfast options

4. You will receive confirmation emails of both your Convention booking and your booking at Kents Hill (if you have made one). Please check your spam folder if you don’t think you’ve received a confirmation email

5. If you prefer to stay at another hotel, there are many in the local area to choose from
