The North Wales Rally will take place today, the 27th, at the Abergele Leisure Centre, Faenol Avenue, Abergele LL22 7HT. Doors open from 10am to 4pm and admission is £4.50. There will be trade stands, a Bring and Buy as well as special interest groups and refreshments. More information from Gordon, MW0GBR on 0773 3531 766.

The Scottish Microwave Round Table will take place on Saturday 2 November at the Museum of Communication, Burntisland, Fife, KY3 9AA. The event will include talks of technical and operational microwave interest as well as a construction competition. Doors open at 9.30 for a 10.30 start. Admission is £10. Numbers are limited so registration is required at www.rayjames.biz/microwavert. An evening dinner will take place at the nearby Kingswood Hotel that will include an auction to raise funds for the Museum of Communication and music by GM3SEK, GW4DGU and MM0WNW. Next Sunday, the 3rd, the Foyle and District ARC Rally will be held at the White Horse Hotel, 68 Clooney Road, Londonderry BT47 3PA. Doors open at 11.30am and there will be trade stands, special interest groups as well as a Bring and Buy. Tables are available at £5. More information from Nigel, GI7FJY on 07514 101 141.
