Germans gain limited 70MHz band

The German Federal Network Agency has approved the use of 70.000 to 70.030MHz by German Class A radio amateurs until 31 August. DARC report the restrictions are similar to those for the 50MHz band, i.e. 25 watts EIRP, all transmission modes, maximum bandwidth 12kHz and horizontal antenna polarisation.
