Individual Scheme – guidelines and conditions of use/download

As you will be working independently, we’ve given some guidelines and outlined the necessary conditions attached to taking part in the Individual Scheme

  1. It is published by the RSGB for anyone to use for hobby purposes only
  2. This work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International Licence
  3. The scheme is suitable for use by adults—aged 18 or over in the UK—and under-18s if they are authorised and fully supervised by a parent or carer
  4. You are taking part in the suggested activities solely at your own risk and cost
  5. The Individual Scheme is a list of suggestions for how you can explore the hobby, with some simple virtual rewards when you do. If you don’t know exactly what’s involved in any activity then do research it first. If you are unsure of your abilities, get some help from someone who knows about the activity you want to do
  6. Many of the activities require an amateur radio licence and/or other permissions. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have those in place before starting the activities that require the
  7. The RSGB does not have control over what you do with, or within, the suggested activities and therefore cannot accept any responsibility for your actions or the consequences of them
  8. No personal information is shared or transmitted by the contents of the Individual Scheme worksheet—it is entirely self-contained on your device. If you decide to share your achievements with other people or services, including to social media or cloud services, it is entirely your choice to do so
  9. By downloading the Individual Scheme worksheet through the link below you agree to the above conditions. If you don’t agree with these conditions then please do not download the file and do not take part in the scheme
