Questions via Zoom

To ask a question via video on Zoom you’ll need to register in advance and give the topic of your question. We need pre-registration information as only RSGB members can ask questions during the formal part of the AGM. You’ll have the chance to ask your question live with one follow-up question on the same topic. Registration for Zoom questions ends at 12 noon on Wednesday 2 April.

Written questions in advance

If you’d like to submit a written question in advance, please do so using the form below. The deadline for submitting a written question is when voting ends at 0900 on 10 April 2024. You will need to submit your question via the form below. Written questions will take precedence over those asked via the live chat

Live chat questions

We won’t accept any live chat questions during the formal part of the AGM. If you would like to ask a question during that part of the meeting, please either submit a written question in advance or register to ask a question via Zoom.

We cannot guarantee that we will have time to answer every question during the meeting but we will do our best to answer as many as possible. Board Directors will answer by email any questions submitted in advance that are not answered during the AGM.
