Douglas Hurr, G6MFH, 2 January 2016
I am sorry to report the passing of Douglas Hurr, G6MFH, on 2 January 2016. Those who knew Doug will tell you he was irrepressible and communicated freely by any means or mode available to him.
His career with Rolls Royce took him around the world and made him many friends. He worked the world on amateur radio from his home in Cosby making many more.
As a Marital Arts Master he trained many young people in Judo and Jujitsu to Olympic standard.
He will be sadly missed by his many friends and family.
