RSGB Yearbook 2017 and 2017 Callseeker Plus Product Recall

This page is dedicated to those who have purchased the RSGB Yearbook 2017 or either of the 2017 Callseeker Plus products from sources other than the RSGB shop.  This page only applies to products purchased BEFORE the 27th October 2016 and does not apply to any products shipped after that date.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING VERY CAREFULLY

Only send your Yearbook cover if it looks like this

RSGB Yearbook 2017
If you purchased your copy of RSGB Yearbook 2017 from the RSGB you will automatically be sent a replacement Yearbook and you will need to nothing further.  If you purchased your copy at a rally, amateur radio event or another source you will need to complete the special Yearbook Return form.  Returns will not be accepted without using this form so it is very important you follow the instructions on the form.  We only need you to return the cover to us NOT the whole book and you may continue to use your book until your replacement arrives.

Please note if your Yearbook has Yellow writing on the cover or spine you DO NOT need to return it – this is an updated copy.  Please only return the Yearbook cover if it has white writing on the spine and blue on the cover as the example shown on the right.

2017 Callseeker Plus
If you have purchased a copy of the Callseeker Plus 2017 via the RSGB shop you will automatically be sent a returns form for you to use.  If you purchased your copy at a rally, amateur radio event or another source you will need to complete the special Callseeker Returns form.  Returns will not be accepted without using this form, so it is very important you follow the instructions on the form.  We will need you to return the CD or memory stick to us as proof of purchase.
