W1AW goes to Guantanamo Bay
As part of ARRL’s Centennial QSO Party, Ed Williams, KN4KL, and Bill Verebely, W4WV, will activate W1AW/KG4 from Guantanamo Bay, Cuba from 26 February to 4 March. This may be the first time the US Navy has authorised the use of a portable callsign from Guantanamo Bay. QSL via ARRL headquarters or Logbook of The World.
