Harold has served Region 4 for many years and the RSGB would like to offer its thanks to Harold for his sterling effort on behalf of the Society. Without Harold\u2019s efforts, the National Club of the Year scheme wouldn\u2019t have started. Nigel Ferguson, G0BPK, one of the deputy RMs within the region,\u00a0will act as\u00a0Regional Manager pending elections for the post at next year&#8217;s AGM.
