These include confirming that the NoVs are available to all holders of Full licences, including Club and Reciprocal licences. They also note that the NoV permits operation only in the United Kingdom, Isle of Man, Guernsey and Jersey, and that the band may not be used mobile or maritime mobile. In response to a number of enquiries, Ofcom separately noted that a Club Licence holder may authorise any Club member, who holds their own separate Full Licence, to use and supervise the operation of the club radio equipment on the Licensee\u2019s behalf.
