Those present were a mix of volunteers and HQ staff and ways to grow the numbers of members were discussed at length. Further work will now be started to focus on areas which might show the most promise<\/li>\n<li>WRTC partnership \u2013 Board agreed to partner the WRTC team and to sponsor a tent. Bob Beebe, GU4YOX, the RSGB President, would be present throughout the event<\/li>\n<li>Instagram \u2013 Board noted with approval that the Society Communications team had started posting RSGB content on Instagram. It was hoped that this might help expose the hobby and the Society to a younger audience as well as to STEM and RF engineering organisations<\/li>\n<li>Board approved funding to allow the holding of a Direct Digital Synthesis (DDS) Workshop at the NARSA Rally at Blackpool in April.
