(I\u2019m trying to pick up some Czech whilst I\u2019m here!) <\/strong><\/h4>\n<h4>Today was all about kit building, which is one of my favourite aspects of amateur radio. I love to just put in my headphones and solder away! Today we made an end-fed, multi band antenna and a QRP FM receiver. The OL24YOTA call is proving very popular at the moment, and it\u2019s great to practise my pile-up management (especially with four other operators in the same room doing exactly the same!)<\/h4>\n<h4>We\u2019re lucky to have a great station setup here at our accommodation.
