Then the <a href=\"https:\/\/rsgb.org\/main\/about-us\/youth\/british-science-week\/british-science-week-rsgb-challenge\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>RSGB British Science Week Time challenge<\/strong><\/a> could be for you.<\/p>\n<p>The task is to provide a method of either measuring the frequency of a radio frequency source or signal, or providing a time reference to a radio operator or radio system. You must use readily available components, material or other resources.<\/p>\n<p>The activity is open to all ages and is divided into three categories:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Under 18 or still in school<\/li>\n<li>Under 21 or an undergraduate up to the age of 23<\/li>\n<li>A category with no age restriction<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You can enter as an individual or as a group.<\/p>\n<p>The winner of each category will win a prize of \u00a3150 with the winners being announced at this year\u2019s RSGB Convention in October.<\/p>\n<p>The deadline for entries is 1\u00a0September.<\/p>\n<p>You can find out more, including how to enter, by visiting the <a href=\"https:\/\/rsgb.org\/main\/about-us\/youth\/british-science-week\/british-science-week-rsgb-challenge\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>\u2018Time-related challenge\u2019 link on the BSW web page<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Are you looking for your next construction challenge?
