Each workstream champion will now:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create a volunteer team<\/li>\n<li>Prioritise work tasks<\/li>\n<li>Set measurable objectives<\/li>\n<li>Define what success looks like<\/li>\n<li>List deliverables<\/li>\n<li>Establish reporting mechanisms and frequency<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>More details will be shared about these over the coming months.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Board recently spent an afternoon visiting RSGB Headquarters, meeting staff and gaining a more detailed understanding of the work of this professional team.
