Details of the conviction can be found in an entry on 2 February 2022 on the <a href=\"http:\/\/sussex.police.uk\/news\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Sussex Police website<\/strong><\/a>. The RSGB will be raising this with <a href=\"https:\/\/ofcom.org.uk\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Ofcom<\/strong><\/a>. Anyone experiencing similar on-air harassment is encouraged to report the matter initially to the RSGB OAS Coordinator via the form on the <a href=\"https:\/\/rsgb.org\/oas\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>OAS pages<\/strong><\/a> of our website.<\/p>\n<p>In December 2021 and January 2022, a clandestine radio station appeared on 3.5 and 7MHz. The broadcasts were unusually in USB and could be heard throughout Europe. The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iaru-r1.org\/about-us\/committees-and-working-groups\/iarums\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>IARU Monitoring System<\/strong><\/a>, aided by DARC Intruder Monitoring, were able to determine the approximate location of these transmissions.
