The course will be three hours a week for six or seven weeks on Friday evenings and will cost \u00a375, plus the cost of the exam. Later on in the year there will be an Intermediate course, costing \u00a385 plus exam fee. Only a limited number of places are available and they recommend booking early to secure a place. Full details at <a href=\"http:\/\/torbayars.org.uk\/training.shtml\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>torbayars.org.uk\/training.shtml<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Flight Refuelling Amateur Radio Society has a treasure sale this Sunday, with club nights this Sunday, Wednesday and next Sunday. There\u2019s a net on Thursday from 8pm on 145.350MHz FM. Saturday and Sunday sees the Foundation course.
