CY9C has been spotted on the 40, 30, and 20m bands, with a lot of initial activity on FT8 using Fox\/Hound mode, in addition to some CW and SSB. The DXpedition will continue until 8 August. All operations will be from the Northeast Island and the DXpedition has already has been approved for DXCC credit. The IOTA reference is NA-094. The <a href=\"https:\/\/rsgb.org\/main\/blog\/news\/gb2rs\/propagation-news\/2019\/08\/02\/propagation-news-4-august-2019\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>propagation news<\/strong><\/a> has info on your best chances of working the DXpedition.<\/p>\n<p>Sugi, JI3KDH will be in the Maldives, AS-013, until 7 August. Using the call sign 8Q7SU on the 20 to 10m bands, the operation is CW only. QSL via <a href=\"http:\/\/www.arrl.org\/logbook-of-the-world\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Logbook of The World<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Darek, SP9DLM will be active as 4L\/SP9DLM from Kobuleti, Georgia from 4 to 16 August. He will be active on the 40, 20, 15 and 10m bands. QSL via Logbook of The World, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eqsl.cc\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>eQSL<\/strong><\/a>, or via SP9DLM either direct or via the bureau.<\/p>\n<p>Giovanni, IZ2DPX will be active as 5R8PX from Nosy Be, AF-057, until the 17 August. He will operate SSB and digital modes on the HF bands. Look for him on the 40 to 17m bands using on CW and FT8.
