help people learn to code and understand radio<\/p>\n<p>* Technical Merit &#8211; Andrew Vare, G4XZL, for his approach to measuring noise<\/p>\n<p>* Judges&#8217; Merit &#8211; Camb-Hams G3PYE team, for building &#8220;Flossie 2&#8221; communications vehicle and for using it to serve the community<\/p>\n<p>* Construction and overall winner of the Pat Hawker G3VA trophy &#8211;\u00a0Dean Brice,
