This could result in a No Change (NOC) situation in this frequency band and could be considered a success should this occur.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Future Agenda Items:<\/strong><br \/>\nThese continue to be discussed in Working Group 6B, but we hope to get a decision regarding the amateur service proposal for harmonisation at 50-54 MHz very soon.<\/p>\n<p>Other future agenda items could present threats to the amateur services with IMT (5G) identifying the globally harmonised 47 GHz Primary amateur band as a possible segment for studies, while proponents of RLANS (Wireless Access Systems) have proposed studying most of the 5 GHz band. There could be a lot of amateur service spectrum to defend if these proposals are accepted for the WRC-19 Agenda.
