Geoff was with\u00a0 Manchester University in those days. Later, Geoff became a valued Member of the SERT,\u00a0 the Society of Electronic &amp; Radio Technicians in the Greater Manchester Area. In recent years, the IIE (successors to SERT) and the IEE became the IET, The Institution of Engineering and Technology and Geoff was again providing valuable experience to the Committee he was with (MTG of the IET), for the Greater Manchester Area.<\/p>\n<p>For well over 50 years,\u00a0 Geoff was a full Member of the RSGB.<\/p>\n<p>Geoff, G3HMF. will be sadly missed by all who knew him.<\/p>\n<p>Our sincere condolences to his family.\u00a0 RIP Geoff.<\/p>\n<p>Tribute by Stewart Revell, \u00a0 G3PMJ,<br \/>\nalso Committee Member of the MTG (IET): \u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.theiet.org\/\">http:\/\/www.theiet.org\/<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The very sad news received, is the passing of Geoff Kenyon, G3HMF.
