These build on the original priorities outlined in the 2022 Strategy which you can see at the bottom of the page.<\/h4>\n<h4>The four current priorities are:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h4>Growth of amateur radio<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Membership of the RSGB<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Spectrum and licensing<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Ensuring the continued financial stability of the Society<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>These priorities will set the framework for the RSGB\u2019s activities over the coming months.<\/h4>\n<h4>Both HQ staff and volunteers across the range of RSGB teams will be involved in planning how best to implement these four priorities.<\/h4>\n<h3><strong>Strategic priority updates<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4>The Board has committed to update members regularly. You can read the monthly updates in <a href=\"https:\/\/rsgb.org\/radcom\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>RadCom<\/strong><\/a> or here on our website in the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/rsgb.org\/main\/about-us\/rsgb-strategy\/rsgb-strategic-priority-updates\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">updates section<\/a><\/strong>.<\/h4>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>RSGB Strategy 2022<\/h3>\n<p><strong>The RSGB launched its new five-year strategy in April 2017 which had an impact on plans and activities across the organisation.
