to encourage the flow of design and operating information within the UK and also between the UK and other countries to assist in developing common licence conditions, operating standards and safety philosophies<\/li>\n<li>To be accountable to the Board, through the responsible portfolio holder where applicable, for any services below 30 MHz, which the Society has agreed to provide to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.iaru-r1.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">IARU Region 1<\/a><\/li>\n<li>To serve as a core member of the Society\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/rsgb.org\/main\/about-us\/committees\/spectrum-forum\/\">Spectrum Forum<\/a> and support key RSGB events, as requested, such as the annual <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nationalhamfest.org.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hamfest<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/rsgb.org\/main\/about-us\/rsgb-convention\/\">RSGB Convention<\/a><\/li>\n<li>To coordinate the annual award of the G5RP and ROTAB trophies<\/li>\n<li>To produce an annual report for presentation to the Board<\/li>\n<li>Through the appointment the post holder accepts the <a href=\"https:\/\/rsgb.org\/main\/about-us\/rsgb-code-of-conduct\/\">RSGB\u2019s code of conduct and ethos<\/a><\/li>\n<li>The tenure is for one year, renewable by mutual agreement annually in January<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The HF Manager advises the Board on the development of amateur interests at frequencies below 30 MHz and on all international aspects of HF and ensures that HF matters within the Society are properly coordinated Postholder Ian Greenshields, G4FSU Contact To get in touch click the button.
