The 99th Annual General Meeting of the Radio Society of Great Britain was held on 18 April 2026 and streamed live on our website and other online platforms.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 \u00a0Resolution 1:<\/strong> To receive and, if approved, confirm the M<\/strong>inutes of the 98th Annual General Meeting<\/strong><\/a> held on 12 April 2025 and circulated to Members in the April 2026 RadCom: Motion carried 438\/1 with no abstention<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 <\/strong> To receive and consider the accounts for the period 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025 and the reports of the Board and the Auditor<\/a><\/strong> available online from 18 March 2026 : Duly received<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 \u00a0Resolution 2:<\/strong> To appoint Peters Elworthy & Moore as auditors and to authorise the Board to fix their remuneration : Motion carried \u00a0450\/6 with no abstention<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 \u00a0Resolution 3:<\/strong> To endorse two Nominated Directors \u2013 the candidates are Andrew Patrick Wood (known as Patrick Wood), 2E0IFB and Graham John Smith, G4NMD as Directors of the RSGB to serve on the Board.<\/p>\n

\u2022 \u00a0Resolution 4:<\/strong> To elect two Directors \u2013 the candidates are Ben Lloyd, GW4BML; John E A Moss, G0KTW and Tony Miles, MM0TMZ as Directors of the RSGB to serve on the Board.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\t\n\n\t\n\t\n\t
