The 98th Annual General Meeting of the Radio Society of Great Britain was held on 12 April 2025 and streamed live on our website and other online platforms.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 \u00a0Resolution 1:<\/strong> To receive and, if approved, confirm the Minutes of the 97th Annual General Meeting<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0 held on 13 April 2024 and circulated to Members in the April 2025 RadCom\u00a0<\/em>: Motion carried \u00a077\/2 with 1 abstention<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 \u00a0<\/strong>To receive and consider the accounts for the period 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024 and the reports of the Board and the Auditor<\/a><\/strong> which were available online from 12 March 2025 : Duly received<\/strong><\/p>\n
