Calling Notice<\/h2>\n

Notice is hereby given that the 98th Annual General Meeting of the Radio Society of Great Britain will be held on Saturday, 12 April 2025 online via the RSGB website www.rsgb.org\/agm and commencing at 10am for the transaction of the undermentioned business:<\/p>\n

1. \u00a0Resolution 1<\/h3>\n

To receive and, if approved, confirm the Minutes of the 97th Annual General Meeting<\/a><\/strong> held on 13 April 2024 and circulated to Members in the April 2025 RadCom.<\/p>\n

2. \u00a0Accounts<\/h3>\n

To receive and consider the accounts for the period 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024 and the reports of the Board and the Auditor<\/a><\/strong> available online from 12 March 2025.<\/p>\n

3. \u00a0Resolution 2<\/h3>\n

To appoint Peters, Elworthy & Moore as auditors and to authorise the Board to fix their remuneration.<\/p>\n

The RSGB Annual Report and Financial Statements are now available. As usual, the accounts were audited and will be filed on public record at Companies House.<\/h4>\n
