established, popular programmes to help amateurs discover new ways of enjoying the hobby with the guidance and support of well-proven, fun, and exciting organisations.<\/h4>\n<h4>This scheme is a rolling programme so the team can adjust and improve the process as time goes on with the excellent input from the community.<\/h4>\n<h4>We would also like to widen the groups included in the plan so target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Summits On The Air<\/a> (SOTA)<\/strong><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/wab.intermip.net\/default.php\" target=\"_blank\" scheme<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4 class=\"FirstParagraph\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">The RSGB Logbook: Explorer is designed to give you a taste of several existing groups within the hobby <\/span><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"FirstParagraph\">\n<h4><span lang=\"EN-US\">These groups are well-established and are supportive of participants <\/span><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"FirstParagraph\">\n<h4><span lang=\"EN-US\">Each group created their part of the RSGB scheme using their experience and knowledge <\/span><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"FirstParagraph\">\n<h4><span lang=\"EN-US\">They are designed to be fun and enable you to have a taster of each aspect of the hobby<\/span><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"FirstParagraph\">\n<h4><span lang=\"EN-US\">Participants can work alone or as a group<\/span><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"border-style: none;\"
