Resolution 1<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>To receive and, if approved, confirm the <a href=\"https:\/\/rsgb.services\/public\/publications\/agm2022\/220423_agm_minutes_23_april_2022_v1.0.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Minutes<\/strong> of the 95th Annual General Meeting<\/a> held on 23 April 2022 and circulated to Members in the April 2023 RadCom.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>2. Accounts<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>To receive and consider the accounts for the period 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2022 and the reports of the Board and the Auditor <a href=\"https:\/\/rsgb.services\/public\/publications\/accounts\/2022\/rsgb_report_and_financial_statement_2022.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>available online<\/strong><\/a> from 15 March 2023.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>3. Resolution 2<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>To appoint Peters, Elworthy and Moore as auditors and to authorise the Board to fix their remuneration.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>4. Resolution 3<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>To elect two Directors of the RSGB to serve on the Board. The candidates are Ben Lloyd, GW4BML; Paul Nicholls, M0PVN and Leonard John Paget, GM0ONX.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/rsgb.services\/public\/publications\/accounts\/2022\/rsgb_report_and_financial_statement_2022.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>RSGB Annual Report and Financial Statements<\/strong><\/a> are available on the RSGB website. As usual, the accounts have been audited and will be filed on public record at Companies House.
