The 95th Annual General Meeting of the Radio Society of Great Britain was held on 23 April 2022 and streamed live on our website and other online platforms.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 \u00a0Resolution 1:<\/strong> To receive and, if approved, confirm the Minutes of the 94th Annual General Meeting<\/strong><\/a> (3-page\/162KB PDF) held on 24 April 2021 and circulated to Members in the April 2022\u00a0RadCom\u00a0<\/em>: Motion carried 114\/1<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 \u00a0<\/strong>To receive and consider the accounts for the period 1 January 2021 to 31 December 2021 and the reports of the Board and the Auditor<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0which were available online from 23 March 2022 : Duly received<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 \u00a0Resolution 2:<\/strong> To appoint Peters, Elworthy and Moore as auditors and to authorise the Board to fix their remuneration : Motion carried 118\/1<\/strong><\/p>\n
